Morning

Did my yoga practice this morning and my daily ab workout, and 50 squats.
If you want to expedite reaching your goal, incorporate a couple exercises that will help you reach it. Ab exercises are always good to do because a strong core makes a strong body. All exercise require some kind of core strength, remember to fire up your core with all exercises as well.
